This web site is owned and operated by Amanda Montage trading as AJMRailways who are completely dedicated to your total satisfaction. If you have any suggestions or comments or if you need to contact us, please email us using the link on the store page.

Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

We accept card payments from Customers Worldwide. If you are shopping from outside Australia, place your order and your card company will convert the transaction to Australian Dollars.

We accept payments via Paypal linked to your Paypal account or any major credit cards via Paypal or Worldpay. Both these are Secure Payments and your card details are not divulged to any third party including ourselves.

If you have made a mistake in your order and cannot correct it in the shopping cart, contact us and we will correct the mistake.

When confirmation of your order is received, this is to confirm that we have received your order and payment

Shipping/Postage

The majority of post is via Royal Mail International Airmail and typically takes 7 to 10 working days to arrive. For larger items/orders I use FedEx or UPS

All items listed Free Shipping are Free!! This includes Tracking, The $4.50 Handling Charge does not apply to these items.

For all other orders a one off Handling Charge of $4.50 applies. This covers Packaging and Credit Card Processing Costs. The Shipping Cost of each item is given in the product details and Your Cart will automatically calculate the Cost.

No Further Fees or Charges apply other than those referred to above

Packaging

Every effort is made to ensure your purchases arrive in a timely fashion and in the condition you would expect. In addition to the items own packaging (where applicable) I use appropriate materials to ensure safe arrival.

We will normally send your order to you in 2 business days. Orders are generally received in under 12 business days.

You agree that proof of delivery supplied by our delivery company's is sufficient evidence to establish that goods have been received.

For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 20% VAT is added. All other orders are VAT free.

We guarantee your satisfaction. All New Products carry the standard Manufacturers Warranty.

AJMRailways do not disclose buyers' information to third parties other than when order details are processed as part of the order fulfilment. In this case, the third party will not disclose any of the details to any other third party.

If you are in any way unhappy about your purchase please contact me here and I will do my utmost to resolve any issue. If you are returning goods please could you package appropriately and obtain proof of return via your chosen Courier. Refunds or Exchanges can only be given on return of the item. This includes, where applicable the products own packaging. In the event of non arrival of your purchase please allow 15 working days from dispatch before contacting me as, at times, it can take longer particularily at Christmas/New Year
